MISIC is deeply appreciative of the time, expertise and professionalism of the people who make up the Science Ladders Team.  With each team meeting there seemed to be another dimension added to the work.  Whether it was the realization that many of the benchmark descriptions had been lost in the electronic transfer or the arrival of a new edition of NWEA's Des Cartes that made much of the original Ladder's work of just two years ago obsolete, these folks have endured and continue to do good for the benefit of all MISIC members. If you see any of them, please extend your gratitude.  The Gap Analysis task, represented on this web site, is only the first of many tasks the team has been charged with completing.
